KHLC PLT (the “Firm”) is an approved Chartered Accountants registered with the Malaysian
Institute of Accountants and provides audit assurance and advisory services for entities
other than public interest entities in Malaysia. KHLC PLT is also a Labuan Approved
Auditors registered with the Labuan Financial Services Authority.
Established in Malaysia in 2018 and located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and with an
office located in the Financial Park, Labuan, the Firm has grown to serve a diverse
portfolio of clients which includes small and medium enterprises (SMEs), subsidiaries of
the public interest entities, multinational companies, legal practices, offshore
companies and etc.

Our Leadership Team
- Hoay Lee, a company auditor approved by the Ministry of Finance, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- She has more than 15 years of working experience in auditing. During this period, she has gained invaluable experience in local and international audits for listed and non-listed companies of various industries including manufacturing, trading, construction, property development, information technology, hotels and etc.
- Other than audit and assurance work, she is also involved in internal audits, operational and management audits, due diligence review, initial public offerings and corporate exercise involving fund raising.
Kow Hoay Lee
Managing Partner- Jack, a company auditor approved by the Ministry of Finance, a fellow member of the CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- He has more than 10 years of experience in accounting profession specializing in auditing, taxation and management consultancy services.
- He has previously worked in a “Big-4” audit firm for two years as well as being seconded to a large multi- national oil company for a year.
- He has also performed numerous assignments in internal audit, due diligence and related services on project and corporate financing engagements and insolvency services.
Tsui Pui Lam, Jack
Partner- He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
- He has more than 15 years of working experience specializing in accounting and auditing covering a wide range of industries, amongst others, construction and interior design, hotel and food and beverages, manufacturing and trading, information technology, logistics, events companies and etc.
- He is also a licensed tax agent where he has vast experience in preparing tax computations for companies in various industries, assisting and advising companies in handling tax audit, disputes and tax investigations.
Leong Sik Yin
Audit Director- She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- She has more than 20 years of working experience specializing in accounting, auditing and taxation covering a wide range of industries.
- She has extensive experience in matters involving company secretarial, accounting, audit, internal control system, taxation of a wide range of companies which include public listed companies and multinationals in various industries, including manufacturing of industrial products, consumer products and services, education, transportation, and logistics.
- Ms. Loo is also sitting on board with a public listed company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as Independent Director.
